I have a scrolling issue that's driving me nuts.
Could you please tell me why this template has some sort of "delay" on the scroll-behaviour:

When clicking any menu option (like Portfolio or Contact Us) it will start scrolling very slowly and, after a second or so, it will smooth scroll regularly.
I know it's going to be something silly but, for the life of me I can't figure it out!
