Hi, new to the forums so hello.
Just wondering what the general consensus regarding fixed with sites. Most sites till now around 960px mark. But with full HD laptops, my older sites are looking very skinny indeed...

You could use @media queries
You could use @media queries to style the site for wider screens just as you can for phones and handheld.
