Hello Peeps! *waving*
Long time....but I haven't forgotten you.
This is not a site I'm writing or fixing (though I will be adding content) but for me the menu item 'Content' wraps to the next line in FF 12.0 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 - so I can't get to the drop downs from 'Partners'.
But I'm the only one! It's fine in Safari and Chrome on my mac, and it was fine on someone else's FF/macbook Wednesday.
I've reset Zoom and my minimum font is set to 14.
Any idea what could be wrong please?
A picture is worth...etc....
Hi, Ducky
I don't see why the overflow li is centered. It should anchor itself to the left side. That's what you get, I guess, with an artsy-fartsy computer. If it's just you, ignore it?
Were it me, I'd set the ul to text-align center, and eliminate the float. Set the li to display inline-block with a fixed width that will fit the wrapper* instead of centering with padding, and don't float.
cheers, and don't be such a stranger,
gary
* Don't forget to allow for the word spacing between inline-block element. You can give the word-spacing property a negative value in ul to eliminate the space. Reset the value to "normal" in li.

Mmmm...I guess I just like things "balanced"
Thanks Gary, if it stuck to the left it wouldn't be a problem but oh no, it has to plonk itself under the only menu item with a drop down. P'raps I'll just use another browser
That's IF I can change it but I guess I forgot the important question...does it do it for anyone else?
I've been thinking about you all but I guess that's not the same as showing up is it?
