Hi -
I can't figure out where the styling for the table seen here: http://www.unbocs.org/index.php/services/child-find-activities/childfind-schedule-and-appointments is set and, additionally, how to override it to make expand the full width.

You may have already fixed this, the table looks to be the full width of it's container.
If you were trying to make it the full width of the page you would need to move it outside the .container_12 clearfix
