Hi,
I have a new website:
On the home page, I have "Categories" block below "Recently Listed" block.
Can anyone please suggest me which block can be placed at the top and why.

Equal prominence?
Are you saying you want to give equal prominence to the categories and recently listed? If so, I'd move the categories to the top below the header, and put the recently listed in the right column but condense the detail you display (i.e. heading, price and a shorter description, no image), and move the what is your city block somewhere else.
