I am attempting to layout a website for my brother's business and then also want to do one for my own personal reasons as well. I just cracked into the CSS style sheets and have a background image with an unfavorable background color to go with it. I would like to make the image the center focus of all pages associated with the site and have the background color of my choosing. I am building it on my PC and am using \ vice / for a lot of the linkage and such, but do have html experience with doing so. I am having issues getting the image to display, yet the color does work. I will post a copy of my style sheet that I am linked to at the end. I would also like to be able to set the font for the site in the style sheet if that is possible as I would just be a hellllllll of a lot easier than . Any ideas please reference style sheet coding below.
Thanks

P.S. the font doesn't change whether TNR or CS. Please advise.

head {font-family:Comic Sans; font-size:16px; color:#FFFFFF;}
body { background-color: #385E2E;
background-image: url(7.jpeg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-attachment: fixed;
background-position: center center;}
