I would like to define a structure like the one in the image in the link:
but I don't have idea on how to start.
The colors of the boxes are not necessary, I just colored them to distinguish the separation.
Any help would be highly appreciate.

At the top of the page, select Tools. On that page you will see the CSS generator. Go there and follow the instructions. It won't make your page, but it will get you started. It will be up to you to broaden your knowledge base. We'll be here when you have specific questions. Keep in mind, we're not a coding service; you still have to do the work.
