Online editable grid

i am trying to create a grid that a user would fill in online & then save so an admin user would be able open up and view.

Basically - its for a timesheet & staff rota. Just a basic table. The rota can be overwritten each time, but the timesheet will need to be saved out for each week so the admin staff can view & add to.

any help would be cool.
