Hey all,
I'm pretty new with CSS/HTML so I'm coming here for advice! I'll try to keep it short.
I'm designing a site for a family member, which would be easy except for two things that keep snagging me up.

The site must re-size with the browser window
Now, this all would be very simple had I made a Flash site, but I hate Flash and just don't understand it. From what I've looked up, those two requirements are both easily possible with css. For the most part, I have the re-sizing issue down, but I just can't seem to figure out how to embed Rockwell into the site. sIFR seems like the easiest, most universal solution. I've followed 3-4 different tutorials, but still- it just wont work. The closest I have gotten has had the flash text appear, but the normal text still there as well. Can anyone help me figure it out?
