I am not sure what section this should go in. I have a image in a css that I want to create a link to and I am not sure how to do it with the code I have. I want to be able to do this within the css file and not in a separate html page. Is there anyway to do this using javascript or something like that. Here is the code for the image:
#logo {background:url("images/testlogo.gif") no-repeat left top;float:left;height:87px;padding:0;width:75px;/*position:absolute;left:0;*/}

That could be a problem.
CSS does not create links. CSS styles the appearance of webpages built with html. Links are coded within your HTMl, not CSS.

bootsy, observing your code, i see this is for your logo, right? Your logo should not be inserted with CSS. It should go directly in the html like so...
<h1><a href="" title=""><img src="images/testlogo.gif" /></a></h1>

We could have looked at the code and suggested earlier the example in #15 then things may not have got quite so out of hand.
