Why cant I click the 'wis alle' link on Gelegenheid filter?

Combined with that: when I hover over the "Home" menu item it disappears behind the "Gelegenheid" filter box
What CSS changes are needed to have the 'wis alle' link to be clickable and have the menu which expands from under Home to be placed OVER the filter box.
It seems a z-index problem but after playing around with that I still cant figure the right configuration
