Hi gtzola, The main problem

Hi gtzola,
The main problem seems to be the use of margin-bottom:30% on the #primary-navigation
Margin is calculated on the width so when the screen is a different width the menu will be in a different position.

The menu appears to sit where

The menu appears to sit where you want it now untill the screen gets too small.
Usually I would position things from the top, if they are near the top,
