making a wordpress theme (oxygen) unresponsive

Hi guys,

I'm using the oxygen wordpress theme for my site http://www.egear.be

I'm having problems with the responsiveness on mobile/tablet as described here.

Now I'm wondering if it's possible (with some simple code) to turn off the responsiveness of this theme and view the full site on mobile/tablet?
