Looking for a Web SEO Developer with SQL & Excel Experience

Newbie to the forum & just wanted to say that there are some awesome CSS styling stuff here.

I am hoping that someone can perhaps help me in finding a Web SEO Developer who can also create SQL databases and advanced Excel spreadsheets.

I am looking to recruit one on a full-time permanent basis in the Manchester area.

Can you any help with pointing me in best direction of advertising/finding one or PM if you are interested in a permanent position.
