Load on Scroll and Random Sort Help

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the simplest way to create a constant feed load on scroll.

Example: http://www.buzzfeed.com/ or Facebook news feed (keep scrolling)

Also, I would like the articles to be sorted by newest and rand.

I like to code myself but was wondering if the easiest way for this would be to buy wordpress and just get related plugins.

I appreciate the help and guidance.
