IE7 Problems

Hi guys,

I have just completed my first CSS build... and have validated both the mark-up and css online.

I have checked the site in the following browsers, and it appears to work fine:

Safari, OSX, WIN
Firefox, OSX, WIN
Chrome, OSX, WIN

IE 8, WIN

However in IE7, I have a couple of issues... namely...

The position of the #navigation
The position of the #flashShadow
The position of the #socialNetworks and in turn the ul being used for the icons within this div
The position of the #photoShadow.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
