Hi, ive done a layout for a project, he is working well at IE ,and all browsers at least for me, but my screen resolution 1280x1024 he is ok and all is right and the align is correct..
but when i enter the website in fullhd resolutions , the main site go on top of logo and the footer goes to the right making all the site look ugly and unfunctional
in firefox is opening ok,opera,safari and chrome also.
im worried cause half of my visitors use ie.
The problem is, if i dont see the mistakes (in my resolution is ok) and i dont have a full hd monitor, i cant fix all this errors...

First thing I would do is get
First thing I would do is get rid of the XML prolog (the first line) and see what happens in IE 
As for Full HD - you might have to define what resolution we're talking about, or who is using it? HD shouldn't become a problem for website design - 1080 (p and i) is a resolution of 1920x1080 and 720 (i and p again) is 1280x720. My widescreen monitor is currently running at 1440x900 and everything I use appears fine, there's just more screen estate.
