Hi. I need to make some small changes to this Wordpress theme:

I want the thumbnails to look like this:
http://www.joshcaudwell.com/
That means the thumbnails should have the same height and the space between the thumbnails should be smaller. Does anybody know how to do this? I am CSS novice. Thanks for any help!
