How to Move my Navigation Bar?

I was finally able to create a Navigation Bar thanks to the "Listamatic" but now it's in the middle of my Blog Name Image. And I'm so new to CSS/HTML, I don't know how to move it down. I'm using a template that didn't have the navigation bar and already has things written out, so I don't know where to change. The blog I'm working on is here: Crafty Agent Mom.
