Hi Jenna

It's good of you to join us.

We will need to see what you've got so far. Without seeing the existing html and css, we can only guess at what it is you actually need. Suggestions we might give you would be 'right', but not necessarily right for your needs.

You should read all the sticky posts at the top of the forum for hints on how to best get answers. (Hint #1: we need to see the code. Wink)

cheers,

gary

If your web page is as clever as you can make it, it's probably too clever for you to debug or maintain.

OK, and the html?

The style declarations are applied against the document object model (DOM), which is the model of the html markup. We do need to see the html also.

It appears you are using an html/css generator application to create the page. Save your work, open it (the page) in your browser, view source, and copy/paste the source to your next post. If I've been overly simple, I apologize. Your question indicates you are a novice, and I don't know the extent of your knowledge base. Thinking it's better to over-instruct than otherwise ….

cheers,

gary
