if you check this website you will notice that it is fine with every other browser except for IE 9.
What is the problem and what needs to be fixed?

You have nearly 300 syntax errors; mostly repeats. IE tends to be more strict with errors than the other browsers (not a bad thing imo).

In quirks mode, it seems ok in IE, but you don't want to go there. Best bet? Fix your errors. Then we can do some trouble shooting if needed.
