Okay, so I thought I knew how to make my fonts bold, but I can't get the word "Animation" to bold no matter what I try.

I've tried , etc... in my html - won't bold. In my css, I can get it bold, but I only want the word "Animation", so can someone please help me with how I should code this?

Here's what I have in css...

<li><strong><a href="http://disneyheaven.com/new/animation1.htm" target="_parent">ANIMATION</a></strong></li>

Thanks so much!

Hi Charmarie1962,The code

Hi Charmarie1962,

The code you have supplied to us:
<li><strong><a href="http://disneyheaven.com/new/animation1.htm" target="_parent">ANIMATION</a></strong></li>
Shouldn't be in you CSS but in your HTML.

This is what you can do to make only the animation piece bold.
Let's say you have something like this:
<p>Hi their, check my <a class="animation" href="http://disneyheaven.com/new/animation1.htm" target="_parent">ANIMATION</a>, and give some feedback when you have the time</p>

As you can see I have added a class to the code.

Now to give this animation some boldness we are going to use this class inside CSS.

.animation { font-weight: bold;}

I have created a JSfiddle for you, so check it out if you don't understand what I mean.

Hope this helps you on your way.

Thank you so much, I meant that that code was in my html! I'm so sorry! I think I'm losing my mind - lol!

I can't wait to try what you suggested - thank you so very much!

It worked! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Now if I can just figure out why my fonts aren't resizing smaller in my footer! Ugh! I'll get all of this down one of these days! Smile

Have a great day!
