I'm using the TinyFader jquery slider on my website which is very usefull and I have edited too my own style, but I've made a small mistake somewhere which caused THIS in E9 Compatibility's mode:
And it is supposed to look like this (from Google Chrome):
I have used the slider in an other site, where it is PERFECT. So I'm guessing I made a mistake in my CSS which I can't find.
Any ideas?

Please notice that the site is under construction, so I only need help for the slider. The other stuff aren't a problem, I'm busy with all the other things. Thanks for anyone who can help!
By the way, If you see any
By the way, If you see any 'Opslaan als' button in the second screenshot, that was a little bug in my screenshot program no worries.

Problem has been fixed, was an Cufon text problem!
If a modern browser, eg
If a modern browser, eg Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera or even IE9 in standards mode display correctly and only IE in compat mode are causing issues, isn't it more likely that compatibility mode is the problem?
Compatibility mode is for those pages originally written for older versions of IE in quirks mode. A new page should be written to the standards and be run in standards mode. IE7+ will likely have no problems, and even IE6 might only need a simple work-around or two.

@Gary: But putting an IE
@Gary: But putting an IE browser into a compatibility mode doesn't mean 'Quirks Mode' the compatibility mode is still governed by a DTD, so IE put into IE 7 compat mode with a full DTD means IE 7 emulation in Standards mode so IE 7 with it's foibles albeit it in standards mode.
I'm sure you're quite right.
I'm sure you're quite right. It's still a wrongness to set compat mode on a new document. Instead of putting IE in quirks, let's say it puts IE9 into stupid mode. A new document written correctly will most likely render just fine in IE7 if need be. If it doesn't, it just doesn't take that much to make it right, and there is absolutely no good and compelling reason to write a new doc in a stupid way. It's only those old pages that were written against pre v.8 that need a switch. Or, maybe I should include a whole passel of WP themesters, because gawd only knows what they're doing.

I have another suggestion,
I have another suggestion, based on the fact that you have been repeatedly warned by the moderator above your post about making empty replies with links you seem to want to ignore that advise and continue (two further posts today) so what I think I'll do is suspend your account as you make no visible contribution to this coding forum.
Have a nice day.
