Using WordPress v3.2.1
I am using a script to have a popup appear when the page is entered.
The popup uses an image and a form
All work well in Firefox, but the form does not appear in any other browser.
Works in all browsers when tested locally.
I have tried every possible solution I know to get the form to display with no luck.
Help is appreciated.
See Test page

The css

#mask {
	position:absolute;
	left:0;
	top:0;
	z-index:9000;
	background-color:#000;
	display:none;
}

#boxes .window {
	position:absolute;
	width:600px;
	height:400px;
	display:none;
	z-index:9999;
}

#boxes #dialog {
	-moz-box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,1) 0 4px 30px;
	-webkit-box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,1) 0 4px 30px;
	-khtml-box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,1) 0 4px 30px;
	box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,1) 0 4px 30px;
	-webkit-border-radius:12px;
	-moz-border-radius:12px;
	border-radius:12px;
	font-family:'Varela', sans-serif;
	background:url(images/pop-ad.png);
}
#boxes .window .close {
	position:absolute;
	top:-10px;
	right:5px;
	background:url(images/close.png) no-repeat;
	width:18px;
	height:18px;
	text-indent:-9999px;
	border:none;
}
#boxes #dialog #form {
	position:absolute;
	width:170px;
	height:230px;
	top:130px;
	right:10px;
}

#boxes #dialog #form label {
	width:150px;
	margin:0;
	color:#333;
	font-size:11px;
}
#boxes #dialog #form input {
	width:150px;
	margin:0 0 3px 0;
}
#boxes #dialog #form select {
	width:155px;
}

The markup

<div id="boxes">
<div id="dialog" class="window">
<div id="form">
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www1.moon-ray.com/genf.php?f=p2c2618f115"></script>
</div>
<input type="button" value="Close it" class="close"/>
</div>
<!-- Mask to cover the whole screen -->

<div id="mask"></div>
</div>

I have changed the markup and

I have changed the markup and css to try another method. But still won't display the form in any other browser than Firefox6.

css

#fade {
	display: none;
	background: #000;
	position: fixed; left: 0; top: 0;
	z-index: 10;
	width: 100%; height: 100%;
	opacity: .70;
	z-index: 9999;
}

.popup_block{
	display: none;
	background:url(images/pop-ad.png) no-repeat;
	/*height:400px; */
	float: left;
	font-size: 1.2em;
	position: fixed;
	top: 50%; left: 50%;
	z-index: 99999;
	-webkit-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px #000;
	-moz-box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px #000;
	box-shadow: 0px 0px 20px #000;
	-webkit-border-radius: 10px;
	-moz-border-radius: 10px;
	border-radius: 10px;
}

.close {
	background:url(images/close_pop.png) no-repeat;
	float:right;
	width:50px;
	height:50px;
	margin:-25px -25px 0 0;
}

/*--Making IE6 Understand Fixed Positioning--*/
*html #fade {
	position: absolute;
}

*html .popup_block {
	position: absolute;
}

.popup_block .poplight #myform {
	float:right;
	margin:125px 0 20px 0;
	width:150px;
	padding:0;
	font-size:11px;
}

.popup_block .poplight #myform label {
	width:150px;
	margin:0;
	color:#333;

}

.popup_block .poplight #myform input {
	width:150px;
	margin:0 0 3px 0;
}

.popup_block #myform select {
	width:155px;
}

html

<div id="popup3" class="popup_block">
<a href="#?w=600" rel="popup3" class="poplight clearfix">
<div id="myform">
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www1.moon-ray.com/genf.php?f=p2c2618f115"></script>

I have narrowed this problem

I have narrowed this problem down to wp not displaying the javascript and has nothing to do with the css.
This post can be deleted since it has nothing to do with a css problem.

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www1.moon-ray.com/genf.php?f=p2c2618f115"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
genf();
//-->
</script>
