Hi everyone!

I have uploaded the latest version of my website. I have a few problems though.

First browser problems:

  • In Firefox the pictures are not being displayed.
  • In IE the menu has disappears and links come out different colors.
  • In chrome it shows how it should look like.
  • On my computer it comes up fine the browsers but when I uploaded the problems above happen.

Second:

  • The picture on the homepage. I want that closer to the top but have been able to get that.
  • The footer text, I can't get that in the center of the splat. I think it is to do with the AD.
  • Last of all:
  • Is their a way to get a space between words. On the Results page, they are all headings but I can't get spaces between them.
  • I have code for a facebook like button but not sure how to position it.

      <script src="http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1"></script>
      <fb:like></fb:like>

Sorry for the length post. I think i am almost their though.

The site address is www.chelseafc-news.co.uk

Cheers

Tom

Um, there are no issues that

Um, there are no issues that come before validating.

What's wrong with this?
<u><h3 class="headingIndent"><img src="images\sign.jpg" class="floatRight">Next Game</h3></u>
By the way, this contains the error that loses the image for you.

cheers,

gary

If your web page is as clever as you can make it, it's probably too clever for you to debug or maintain.

If you fix the validation

If you fix the validation errors you may find some of those problems go away.

Validating is not something you do at the end, do it constantly to catch coding errors like those you have. Wink

ETA: Oops. Gary beat me to it

Having problems with IE

Having problems with IE again. I edited the template to make it slightly bigger but in IE the text comes out bigger and runs of the page. Why?
