My webpage does not display properly in IE (too long - or high)

Link to the page?

Using conditional comments is an indication of poor html/css. It is only justified for obsolete versions of IE.

Please link us to your page or post a minimal test case.

If your web page is as clever as you can make it, it's probably too clever for you to debug or maintain.
