If someone could PLEASE help me that would be amazing
To be honest if you have
To be honest if you have purchased premium WordPress themes it's the authors that should be providing support for them after all they are earning money from the work and you have a right to expect it to function correctly, as for customising pro themes you do have to consider that they have been 'designed' with a certain look, yes you can alter that but how easy that is varies from theme to theme depending on how well written, and sadly most are not well written.
It may be time to learn some fundamental CSS skills for some basic CSS styling.

I've been trying so hard to learn some skills to fix it and I did message the people I got it from and they want $600 to help me
Well depending on ones
Well depending on ones requirements that is a ball park type of cost for hiring developers.
The menu question is one that can't really be answered, WP has a built in menuing sytem configurable from the dashboard 'appearance > menus' page, menus are configured here and if set up correctly with child menu items indented(dragged to the right) of their parent will automagically work as dropdowns; however this pre-supposes that the theme authors have coded things correctly in the theme files to use the newish menu functions and have provided suitable CSS styles to effect the operation of those, and these are things that we can't really answer. Looking at your link doesn't show any links that have sub pages so not sure why you are expecting dropdowns or where. I suggest you take a look at the dashboard menu settings, create a test page and assign it as a child of a parent page on that navigation list and then see if it will function as a dropdown.
While we can help you with things you may get stuck with the onus is on you to get stuck into the code and make a start, what we can't do is provide a free coding service sadly, it's not the purpose of the forum.
Ultimately if a theme doesn't absolutely suit requirements then you will need to learn some basic skills to be able to modify it and we will be here to help you along the way.
The WP codex is also a good resource to start to read, much of it geared towards those with little or no actual coding skills.
Bit late now I know but best
Bit late now I know but best to get changes done before parting with any money. However CSS is relatively straightforward if you are willing to learn as you seem to be, and best value for money.
