I'm trying to add a 10px padding that is between the content and border. It works as I like in all browsers except in Firefox because it applies the padding over the content and hides part of the banners.

This is the code for these parts. I would appreciate if you tell me what css is better to use or if my html is not set up that well. Thanks.
