CSS drop down menu help

Hello,
I need some help / suggestions.
I want to create a drop down menu with images on left side of each category.

For example pages like this:
https://www.qsinonimos.com/sinonimo/conversion.php

shoud have that menu on top right corned side of the page.

I'm using php/css/html as a coding page.
