Whats going on guys,

This is my first post.. thought id start off with prlly a basic question that i have YET to seen posted somewhere..

ill be have a multi page website CSS/XHTML with some small Javascript things..

basically will have a HEADER , BODY , FOOTER..
with multiple divs inside the main body..

one of the pages will be a blog.. fully designed by myself of course..

so my question is.

WILL I NEED A CMS TO CREATE BLOG THAT WILL RUN LIKE WORDPRESS..
or each time i add a new entry will i have to recode an entire section inside the design coding??

if its a stupid question.. completely apologize in advance. and please link me to where i can find the correct information.

thanks guys look forward to being apart of the site

Then read the whole thing, and then find some blog posts about it, and then study how the default templates are built, and then read some more, and then study the templates some more, and then try to implement your theme into the template and then read some more, and then study some more, and then see if you can get it to work
