Centre text on page

What I'm trying to achieve is a series of links like the one below:

<-- Title 1 ǀ Title 2 ǀ Title 3 -->

But so that Title 2 is always centred, rather than the whole lot being centred and title 2 ending up slightly offset from the centre depending on the lengths of the titles.

Is this achievable?
