I'm new to the forum so don't laugh too hard at my question here.
Okay, I'm fairly conversant in CSS - I say "fairly" because I know I still have a lot to learn.
I'm working on a site for a client who wants to have a large drop-down menu invoked by rolling the mouse over a link in a typical menu bar at the top of the page. Within that large drop-down I'll have an unordered list of topics on the left side of the drop-down. What I then want to do is have a different image brought forth within the same div when you roll over each topic. Each new image will actually be a separate div with up to three separate links inside and beneath the image to take a user to the respective pages from those links. I was trying to do this using AP-* layers in Dreamweaver but am running into a lot of problems getting layers to become visible or invisible and I'm beginning to think I'm using a far more complicated technique than it needs to be. Plus, I can end up with as many as 7 or 8 different AP layers each with an image and 2 or 3 links. So, any suggestions on hot to do this would be a great help.
Hi MikeRad, Sounds kind of
Sounds kind of like a tab system, have you looked into any of them?
