Just launced a redo of my site.
Would love some constructive critisism.
Am working on an IE7 bug at the moment that screws the footers position up, but other than that i'm not sure it has any problems. Let me know
Have tested it in the latest firefox and IE plus IE7.
More browsers would be appreciated.

Yeah, will replace with margins. Got a bit lazy with whitespace
I use this menu a lot and there is usually a different number of menu items and have found it quicker to add and remove nbsp than mess about with margins.
As for data entry, no shame in working for a living
After a while, its all data entry. Money's money..
People who are all about
Monkeys do data entry; not web professionals.

Got paid $200 for an hour of databse work compared to $3000 for 2 weeks of web design.
If you do the math, monkeys are better off

I think most developers like to think they are highly paid professionals.
Reality is, its minimum wage indian work, and if they're to good for data entry, they're too good for the bulk of IT and should go to Med school.

Question - with the majority of users having screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 or larger, why are you designing for 800x600? Your site looks very small on my 1920x1080 display.

I still design for 800px width with 742px being my standard choice. Majority doesn't mean all.
