Hi,

Can anyone see why the white background of "top_menu" is displayed all the way at the top of the page?

(with Firefox - not checked MSIE yet)

Browsershots:

Been pulling my hair out about this. Starting to wish I had never started.

Thanks,
Chris

Remove the float from

Remove the float from .header, it doesn't really need to be there.

How to get help
Post a link. If you can't post a link, jsFiddle it.

fixed

No problem...

I just figured it out...

the layout uses "float: left; width: 100%" divs, but this (top_menu) div wasn't floated, so it was being put at the top.

Now, does anyone know about IEPNGFIX? I can't get it to work:

but wow, pretty impressed with the speedy response.

i'm sure your suggestion would have worked as well - would it be better to take it out or stick with what I've done?

thanks again,
chris

It'd be better to go with

It'd be better to go with what I've got because otherwise you've got an extra three lines of CSS that don't really need to be there.
