Background image position in Chrome

Hi Guys,

I am completely new to WordPress and right now I am trying to convert one of my web templates to a WP Theame.

Everything works perfectly fine so far except one thing: the background image

Here is the WP Theme that I am talking about: http://oacheprint.ro .The background image is not perfectly positioned at the top. There is a 20-30px black background. This only happens in Chrome v.25

Do you have any ideas what the problem could be?
