Hi,

I am trying to move away from a three colum table to css. For the second row I have to place the 500px; to seperate the two colums by height. Is there another way to seperate the rows? I will be using this on over 50 pages and need something that will make the height flexable to its contents.

Colum:
1 2 3
4 5 6

Here is my css

#colum1,#colum2,#colum3 {background:#ffffff; height:90%;top:100px;width:25%;text-align:center;display: block;}
#colum4,#colum5,#colum6 {background:#ffffff; height:90%;top:<strong>500px;</strong>width:25%;text-align:center;display: block;}
#colum1,#colum4 {position:absolute;left:0px;}
#colum2,#colum5 {position:absolute;left:33%;}
#colum3,#colum6{position:absolute;left:66%;}

Thanks in advance.

Hi lostdog, If you position

Hi lostdog,
If you position everything absolutely then you will have to manually adjust the top value.
Play around with relative positioning as it takes other elements into consideration.
