Can the "transform: translateZ(0) trick" be used to optimise by Christmas snowfall animation? If so, how?
Greetings fine people,
I'm developing a Christmas theme CSS for my Reddit sub and I want it to be as optimized as possible.
Several forums, including this one, recommend using
transform: translateZ(0); to encourage the use of video card GPU rather than the CPU, but I'm not entirely sure where to implement that change in my code.
Can someone please help me understand if the "translateZ( trick" will help me and where that CSS code should go?
I'm not able to make the transition of this slideshow to work with buttons, do you know how I could do?
I have this live example jsfiddle with this HTML:
<!DOCTYPE html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> <title>myPage</title> </head> <body> <input id="button-1" type="radio" name="radio-set" class="sp-selector-1" checked="checked" /> <label for="button-1" class="button-label-1"></label>
I want to click on an anchor link and have webkit-transition and webkit-transform:translate take me, move me, scroll me over to the other places <div>s of my document. Right now it is jumping me to the anchor tags but not transitioning over.
Is this even possible with CSS?
I have another webpage where I can make a div come to where I am but in this case I want to travel to the div.
