responsive

Hi,

I have a menu bar with its source derived from an xml data source. I have successfully created the menu bar, but bow I want to make that menu bar responsive. I have tried many options but I can't get a correct solution. I hope for a answer here. The code is given as below.

i cant get my layer slider responsive for some reason.
on wide screen its a full screen layer slider but on mobile devices its only half screen..

All my contents are responsive except two full width images. ! (middle of the page )
can we make it responsive?

Hello,

I have a site in Joomla 3.3. There is a compatibility issue between certain speakers. Actually I tried to check it in Safari on very big resolution, and something is messed up. I tried to use the viewport meta tag as per the google's page-speed suggestion. But since I am not a programmer neither good developer I would expect somebody to guide me on how to overcome that.

Here is the responsive CSS-3 Menu bar that i created , [the entire code is not mine though].

Well here are a few difficulties i have ,

1st check out the Jsfiddle Fiddle

Ok . So , go to the "ul" styling right at the top I.E.

                   ul {
			list-style-type:none;
			margin:0;
			padding:0;
			position: absolute;}

and take off position absolute , now run the fiddle and hover over Portfolio , SEE !!!!! How portfolio expands ??? Well can somebody tell me why ?
