I need to fix two elements on a page.
The first element is an .svg image, this one need to be in the middle of the page, always!
The second element is a text line, this one need to be in the bottom/center of the page, always!
The page is ready, but the second element is in the wrong position, it is at the top of the page, but I want it at the bottom.
That's what I've done...
I have a div that centers my textareas. This also sets the heading above the textarea in the middle.
I cannot get the heading to be at the top left of the textarea box. I can set the alignment to left and then the heading is in the correct place but then the textarea is now left.
The problem comes in when textarea is set to number of columns. Once this happens, HTML/CSS dosen't seem to know where the top left corner is to place the heading.
Tried almost everything except the right one.
Hello! I have been at this for a week now. I have visited the Adobe forums, several other HTML/CSS forums, and read many different tutorials and watched many different videos to no avail.
When I say that I'm a beginner with CSS (and HTML), I mean it!
Im trying to style my page to look very similar to this: http://intro-webdesign.com/CSS/assignment-2/index.jpg but I'm struggling to get the 3 images vertically whilst allowing the text to sit next to them. I presumed 'inline-block' was the way to go but I can only get the images vertical by using 'block'.
This is the HTML i am working with (which I am not allowed to alter):
<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <title>Ultimate Frisbee - Home</title>
//mod edit: link fixed. ~gt
Hello, I am quite new to CSS and I am having one issue with my page. The main picture on my homepage does not move with the rest of the content and I am not sure how to correct this. I am guessing this line of code [background: none repeat scroll 0 0 transparent] has something to do with the movement and placement of the other content, but for some reason I can not successfully apply it to the picture's code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
