Layout for interactive infographic

Dear web UI designers and developers,

I have another tricky puzzle for you to solve. It would be challenge for you and you will help to make one nice project come true. I will briefly explain what I want from you.
Assume this sketch as a final product:

Here is grey picture with circle inside. Six buttons are placed around the circle. Each button is pointing on the circle with line. Here is button in detail:

Center Page for diffrent screensizes.

I am trying to get my wordpress powered Home Page to be centered on any screen size, so it does not get repeated and the images do not get repeated.

See concept Image:

I am currently using the Swatch theme (if that helps). I would really like to be able to sue this (above concept^^) on my website as it would allow me to use images that would not be stretched out or duplicated on ether or both the x and y axis.

Thanks in Advance.

Neighboring element border problem

Hi there,

I have a problem with displaying borders:

Here is my page:

When you hover the mouse over the boxes on the right, the whole border all around should turn red, but it doesn't.

I tried it with "z-index" and "position", but no change. Is there a pure CSS solution?

By the way, I don't care about IE. It should work on firefox and possibly on other browsers (exept IE).

Thanks ...

everything is aligned left and it should be centered

Displaying Superfish menu below top bar

I implemented the basic superfish menu. I wanted it to display after a div bar I have at the top of the page. It always displays covering the top bar. I tried changing the position, top and other css elements but didn't make any difference. Thanks for your help.

        <div id="home_bar">
                    <td id="bar1" align="left">
                        <b>Here is the TOP Bar ................</b>
