contact form not working

Hello,
I have been tampering with the contact form for many hours but it still does not work. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of PHP.
Can you please be so good to correct the contact form?

Also very important: I do not want the textbox "username" to be present. Please remove it.

Very many thanks in advance!
Jan

CSS stylesheet issue. Responsive Nav bar font color not responding

I'm working on a responsive layout and it has two different menu layouts, standard and mobile. I can't seem to get the font color to change on the current page link in the main(2nd) navigation menu. I can set the back ground of the current/active page, and it works in both menus; however when I change the font/link color it only changes in the mobile menu. I have searched and can't seem to find the reason this happens or a solution. IDK if the issue is in the css or the header.

Here's the page:

php in css

I am looking to change up the colors of my web site and to make the process easier I was wondering if there was a way to make the colors a variables for testing reasons. I have made a form that starts a session that makes the hex of the color that I want a variable. I have made my css into a php file and before I attempted to add the variable everything worked, I can echo the variable on the page and it is correct, but when I attempt to add it to the css(now a php file) the style on the page stays the same but the background color(the one im trying to change) goes away and becomes white.
