Need someone with CSS knowledge to help with Customization

Hello Every one.
I am new here so I am not sure if this is the right section to ask for such help, I am currently working on a site that runs PHPmotion with some Addons such as PHPBB etc, the site is running a custom template and I need some one to modify the colors on PHPBB to match the colors of the site, there are a few other minor modifications to be done.
Some of the job is done and the remaining should take a couple of hours to complete.
I am not very familiar with CSS I tried changing some stuff and messed it up so I don't want to take the risk again.

Help with vertical menu position

Hi,

I have spent a few hours to get a vertical menu display on the right hand side of the content. I have manged to get it to display how i want it in IE and Firefox but can not get it to display correctly in Google Chrome. The menu is on the left hand side. Is someone able to point out what I'm doing wrong and/or missing?

Page Code:

<?php include('includes/session.php') ?>
<?php include('includes/sidemenu.php') ?>
<html>
<head>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/layout2.css" type="text/css" />

Sublevel Horizontal Navbar browser compatibility problems.

I've got a nav bar with 4 buttons 2 of which bring out another nav bar (above the first one) is working perfectly as I want it to in IE8. But it is not working in Firefox or chrome (the only other browsers i've tried so far).

Link won't work? CSS Validated

Hello

I've been slowly trudging along, trying to properly learn CSS and building this navbar. I've rebuilt it a number of times now and I believe I have handled it correctly, or semantically this time.

I have one problem, the initial H1 tag will not act as a link in the way I believe it should and I can't figure out what I have done wrong here. The link is question is the first image in the menubar that reads Pony Attack, it should link home. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Making a div tag take up 100% width minus an image to the left

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I've read all the guidelines and stuff so I hope I'm not violating any norms here but I apologize if I am.

I've searched and searched for a solution to my problem but I think I'm more of a noob then I realized because either I don't even know enough to search for the right thing or no one has ever had the same problem (I doubt that).
