Shadow Box Problem in IE

I'm currently having trouble with a b2evolution site that I believe is being created by the shadow box attribute (although not positive). The problem only exists in IE - Firefox & Chrome handle the page fine. Here's the example: http://wccoa.org/index.php/Home/. Notice the width problem in IE. Can anyone help me - I'm desperate! Sad(
