Trying to add a proper top/bottom img to body section of site

I am trying to add an image to the top and bottom of my site that will round the corners of the navigation and body section of the page. The code below is not working so I am looking for some help. The css:

#templatemo_content {
	clear: both;
	float: left;
	margin: auto;
	background: url(images/templatemo_content_bg.jpg) repeat-y;
#templatemo_content_top {
	clear: both;
	float: left;
	width: 800px
	height: 25px
	margin: auto;
	background: url(images/templatemo_content_bg_top.png) no-repeat;
#templatemo_content_bottom {
	clear: both;
	float: left;
	width: 800px

Site check on portfolio

I just completed the design to my new portfolio and
would like a critique.

Here is the site:

The only issue I have is in Firefox 3.5.5 when you scroll
the CSS navigation which is "position:fixed;" does not

I believe this site will also validate as XHTML 1.0 Strict as well.

Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tabbed content, All CSS, with image swapping..
I for some reason am missing something.

Here it is.

I am having trouble getting the "Tabs" to Switch to a "dark" for the Active tab.
Please Help...

Thanks in Advance

Changing background color issue

I have searched through books and forum posts, and tweaked my css code, and I still can't get the old background that I had previously on my css coding to update to a new plain background color. If someone could take a look at this and tell me what I'm doing wrong, that would be appreciated since I just can't seem to figure it out.

The background color I'm trying to get is: 0E131B. And as you can see, there is a gradiated background that goes from a black to a dark gray around the side bar and content sections. I don't know what I did, but I'm at a loss.

Various CSS issues within current project

Hey everyone! This is my first time posting on a CSS forum like this -- normally I google all of my issues into the ground, but unfortunately, Google couldn't save me regarding the problems I'm having now. To be blunt, I am just new enough to CSS that I don't know the vernacular enough to know what exactly I need to be typing into the Google search box half the time! "How do I get the thing to do the thing" won't get me many results. Wink I trolled for a while, so hopefully nothing here will anger any of you. Laughing out loud
