Extending green background color in a wordpress column and fixing IE left justified issue

Hi. I'm new to WordPress and this forum and a beginner with CSS. I'm having lots of issues with my layout but my most immediate need is to extend the green color of the navigation bar down to the bottom of the columns, and to fix the IE issue with the green color being left justified. I'm using IE 7.0 and WordPress 2.9.

The site is a WordPress site and isn't working quite right but you can at least see what I mean http://www.start-mediation.de/index2.php.

Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Fixed div that get passed over and centering div

Greetings,

I am really new at CSS, but i think i understand the logic and i tried to put "clean" code before posting. My page also validate.

I want to do this "photo gallery". I'm using an external photo gallery generator that i implemented in my final page.

So, I have a main page with 2 div inside, one for the gallery TITLE, and the other for the gallery itself (code coming from external photo generator).

I want my gallery title to be fixed, this, i already done. But i also do not want my photo gallery to go over my gallery title when i scroll.

What is the best way to build a clickable image banner in CSS?

I've been building my first CSS website and I have hit a wall. I'm not sure of the best way to build the top banner, normally I would split it up in tables and do a rollover for the links, but I know there is a better way in using CSS, I just don't know how.

Any suggestions on what would be the best way to set this up? I am a noob at this so any help is greatly appreciated.

http://www.robraeclothiers.com/website/dress.html

this is my css code:

@charset "utf-8";
/* CSS Document */
* {
	margin: 0;
	padding: 0;
}
body {
	color: #B0B0B0;

Center CSS, make it center, this is not a pretty one.

I've been handed an HTML document using CSS that was created with a "what you see is what you get" (i know, ew) program...
It's ugly, it's difficult to understand...

I just need to get this page to be centered, 0 margin from the top, but centered horizontally.
