Remove the vertical scrollbar but still accommodate varying content

Hi

I am working on replacing a table based website that has boxouts for news. However, although I have the design as I want it I cannot get the outer wrapper to extend further down the screen unless I use overflow auto.

I just want the content to increase the height of the web page. This is the link to the present web page: http://www.xyzweb.co.uk/test/singlecolumn2v1.php

thanks for any help Smile

How do I find the height of a control that lacks a 'style' attribute?

I have a control in my page that I need to know the height of. How do I find out the height, if it lacks a css style attribute for height?
The reason I need to do this is that the control is an asp.net control, its a "textbox". It does not have a style property, as far as I can see.
After I obtain the height, I want to change it programmatically, which I know how to do (just set the style.height property)
Thanks

please help 3 column height and overflow problem

Hi guys.

this is my first post.. Party
I am improving my css layout and i have encountered a certain problem with it..
I have a 3 column site all my side navs are in the left (.side1 and .side2) and the content is in the right (.content) wrapped with a container (.container).

What i want in my template is if my content overflows both side navs should follow the height of the content.
