Increase font size

I'm running this blog:
and I use twenty twelve theme.
Jetpack plugin has a CSS editor for minor changes.
I've already added this lines:

.entry-header .entry-title a {
color: red;

in order to change post title colour.

Now I'd like to change the post fonts and size.

Please could you help me ?

Edit CSS file in wordpress theme

I want to make bigger font size of main menu.

I tried to correct some code, but it didn't work.

This is the header portion of style.css:

.head-row1 { height:90px; width:100%; overflow:hidden;}
.head-row1 .col1 { float:left; }
.head-row1 .col2 { float:right;}
.head-row2 { height:45px; width:100%;background:none; margin-bottom:11px;}
.head-row2 .col1 { float:left; width:721px;}
.head-row2 .col2 { float:left; width: 230px; margin: 7px 0 0 0;}
.head-row3 { width:100%;}
.head-row4 { height:; width:100%;}

Font size chaos

I've been trying to set-up a simple website in css using Flux (a web design software for mac). After a lot of trial and error, I came up with a design that looks ok on Safari on Mac. Sadly, whenever someone opens it in Firefox or Chrome, there are a lot of problems with alignment and text size. If the website is opened in browser in Windows, the problem gets worse.
