Hi. I'm going a bit loopy. Probably beeen looking at code too long but just cant see what the problem is. My drop down menue for mobile users/small screens displays and nearly works, its just the links in it dont seem to register.
I tried relative and full urls and other tests but ive drawn a bit of a blank
its the bit im concerned with
<div id="header"> <div class="container"> <!-- Header | Logo, Menu ================================================== -->
I'm stuck on a menu I've adapted for a Joomla site, based on the module by Hexadesign.
I adapted the CSS to show the submenu items horizontally (see the top menu at test.raintrust.nl, you'll need to log in first un:tester, pw:tester) but I can't get the submenu items to align directly underneath the menu, only under the
<li> that they fall under. What am I missing here?
I am trying to create a stylized vertical drop down. I can find some scripts online for this but when I try to adapt them to the style I am looking for I run into problems. You can see what I came up with at http://gilday.com/why_gilday.htm.
The script is from DHTML Goodies Slidedown Menu. I used background images and a:hover to get the sliding pointer effect. However in IE 6 and IE7 unnecessary bullets appear though the CSS contains list-style: none code.
I am working on a project for a client which requires a drop down menu. This is the first time I've tried to get a drop down menu to work, and unfortunately, I'm not having much success...
The applicable code is here:
<div id="topmenu"> <ul> <li><a href="index.html">HOME</a></li> <li><a href="about.html">ABOUT TCP</a></li> <li><a href="services.html">SERVICES</a></li> <ul> <li>TRAINING FACILITY RENTALS</li> <li>PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION</li> <li>TRAINING FACILITY DESIGN AND BUILD OUT</li>
