How to add scrollbar on hover-acrivated Menucontent (goal: barrierfree)

Well i did some internet-search, but i am not sure how to solve this.
I am not sure i is fully solvable Tongue

"overflow: scroll/auto" does not seem to help much, or does it?!

- I have a dropdown-menu (here: Menu raw-skeleton)
- people with bad eyesight want to ZOOM-IN (maybe massively so!)
- in highzoom of lowresolution only a part of the menu-content is visible
- you cannot scroll, because the menu is activated by ":hover", if you leave the content-area, the menu closes
-> Content is not readable!

Thanks in advance for any help! I am having trouble getting my main dropdown menu to drop down above other content. If you click the green drop down arrow the menu goes behind the images located below it. To see what I am talking about I provided just the menu and content here (html):

CSS Menu Bar not Working

having a bit of trouble getting this menu bar to work in IE. It works fine in firefox and chrome. heres the code. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hover Problem in Google Chrome. Works Fine with Firefox and IE.

Hi I have a strange hover problem in Google Chrome

I have a menu and I have used a.hover to show a background for the menu item on mouse over. this works fine in Mozilla and IE but not in Google Chrome. The CSS code that I used for the menu follows. background:url(images/menu_bg.gif) no-repeat left top;} is the back ground image for the menu item.
It has an Image of 200X25 dimension: -
