background-color transition does not work in mobile Safari

I'm working on a mobile interface for a client where I want to fold open parts of a form. The folding effect works perfectly, but for some reason the transition on the background-color does not work in mobile Safari.
In Chrome and Safari on my mac it looks great, but on my iPhone the rotation of the div completes smoothly and then the background-color changes instantly.

Anyone any ideas?

HTML:

            <div class="fold">
                <div class="box pcbar">
                      <div class="box-content">
                         <div class="pc-input">

CSS for smart phones

Hey,

In setting up a new website I have run into a bit of an issue. My css coding seems to be working fine across multiple browsers however when I check the site on my iphone some of the background colors and images don't appear. Are there any bug fixes for this that I can add into my coding?

iphone css issue

On this site, (http://svadsi.info/)there are issues with the right column overlapping the left column on iphone devices. I am unable to figure what the target issue is to fix the overlapping on the iphone. I've tried chaning the margins multiple times, but I can't seem to get them to work correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
